Techland Publishing announced today that the publishing rights for the Call of Juarez series have returned to them.
According to Adam Lasoń, CPO at Techland Publishing:

A tribute to Wild West stories, Call of Juarez: Gunslinger has players taking the role of the ruthless bounty hunter Silas Greaves. Players can also run into such characters as Billy the Kid, Pat Garrett, and Jesse James.
