Pooh Shiesty shared a message to his followers after he was sentenced to five years in jail.
Shiesty was sentenced to five years and three months for his function in an October 2020 capturing exterior of a Florida resort.
“THE BIGGEST.. I JUST WANNA THANK ALL MY LOVE ONES , SUPPORTERS , AND FANS FOR HOLDING ME DOWN DURING THESE HARD TIMES,” he wrote. “I WISH I COULD BE COMINGG HOME TO YALL TODAY BUT THIS COULDVE BEEN WAYYYY WORSE , I WILL BE BACK SOONER THAN YALL THINK ! BUT MEANTIME NEW MUSIC DROPPING NEXT WEEK , BLRRRD!!!”
Bradford Cohen, Shiesty’s lawyer, mentioned he was happy with the sentence.
“The federal sentencing guidelines placed him at a high end of 107 months, the government agreed to not seek more than 97 months. [and] we argued that the guidelines weren’t appropriately applied and requested 63 months,” he informed PEOPLE. “The judge agreed after a 2-hour hearing in the matter.”
“We are pleased that he took all the evidence and argument into consideration and look forward to Lontrell having a successful career in the future.”
Pooh Shiesty is 22 years outdated.
